RETURN POLICY

Please note that custom items, such as our Alara Toi et Moi Birth Month Ring, are made to order and uniquely crafted to your specifications. As each piece is personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

This policy ensures that we can maintain the high quality and individuality of each custom creation. We encourage you to carefully review all details before placing your order, and our team is always here to assist you in making the perfect choice.

If for any reason you would like to return any non-personalised items please read our policy below:

  1. The item must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery. 

  2. We offer exchanges for customers if the size is wrong on non-personalised items.

  3. We do not cover any costs to return items.

  4. We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. This includes any amount paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.

  5. All items must be completely undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging it came in.

  6. Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.

  7. Please email us for the return address. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

  8. Please ensue you write your order number or full name on a note inside the return and send it to the address emailed to you.

  9. Please note if you opt for personalisation you will not be able to return your order for a refund or exchange. This is because we have made the order specific to you with your own customisation.
